Thank you Hyundai for offering the 1.6T with a 6 speed in 3 different cars, even if one one them is ugly. Ford gave up the Fiesta ST. If I had money I would encourage you with a Veloster Turbo.

That 1.6 is a carbon generating machine.

The new Veloster seems to be firing across the bow of the Mazda 3 hatchback, at least in the looks department.

Except that the Veloster is still ugly as sin.

I don’t think the current 3 hatch is hard to beat in the looks department, but a lot of Mazda’s current stuff seems oddly polarizing.

Yep, and at least the 2017-18 Sport had many differences with the normal Elantra. Now it’s exactly the same, and it looks cheap

Seriously, if the car’s a light color it looks diesel powered.

Meh, Its definitely better than the early VAG DI engines, I dont see too many complaints about them on the forums. I am sad the Kona can’t have the manual... The 1.6t +AWD is quite good, really a pretty good chassis and responsive drivetr ain , with a manual it’d be excellent.

The Elantra GT Sport is high on my list for my next car. A reliable, quick, good looking, fun to drive hatch that gets good fuel economy? Sign me up!

I don’t care for off-road. How many cars can you take the top and the doors off and has a manual? And still would be fun in the winter

I would be happy with a Veloster with the 2.0L and a manual...I’m more just happy that ANYTHING has a stick nowadays rather than a bor-o-matic CVT!

I do. Really like the Hemi Charger /300 and everything else that they do with stuffing the biggest engines in their vehicles.

Last night actually, I was driving towards downtown Detroit with the sun setting behind me and 3 dodge V8 cars came by me at a good clip.
The noises with the city in the background and them heading for it, was a damn good Detroit moment.

Keep in mind, I’m used to a 14 year old car with 216k miles. Anything newer and decent is a step up
